A Minnesota native, Randy has been with ATI since 1997 as an Ag Risk Management Advisor out of Faribault, Minnesota. He graduated with his AAS in Ag Business Management from the University of Minnesota-Waseca. Growing up on a dairy farm, Randy is no stranger to the agriculture business. Prior to ATI, he spent three years in seed and animal health sales at Kenyon Farmers Elevator, three years as a manager at Purfeerst Grain Inc. and six years at Cannon Valley Co-op as grain division manager/merchandiser. Randy is married with three daughters and has five brothers and six sisters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, golfing, bowling, logging and gardening.
Jeff Schultz - Branch Broker

Jeff is an Ag Risk Management Advisor out of the Faribault, Minnesota branch office and has clients in Minnesota and Iowa. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agriculture Economics and Agronomy. Jeff grew up on a crop and livestock farm less than one mile from where he presently lives on his grandparents' farm with his wife, two sons and daughter. He was an agronomist for 10 years before coming to ATI in 2000. In his spare time, he enjoys pheasant hunting with his German wirehaired pointer, helping his children with their 4H and FFA projects and sports activities including basketball, football, track and wrestling.
Byron
Lou Kuhlmann - Branch Manager

A 1978 graduate from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Economics, Lou grew up in Byron, Minnesota. He has been an Ag Risk Management Advisor for ATI since 1999 and has clientele throughout the states of Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Lou previously worked for Central Soya and Agriland Elevators. He is married and has four children. Lou enjoys anything outdoors, his 1966 Mustang convertible, reading, investing and traveling.
Jerri Ness - Branch Broker Assistant

Jerri has been a Broker Assistant for the Byron, Minnesota branch office since 2005. She grew up in Plainview, Minnesota and received a degree in accounting from Rochester Technical College. Jerri resides in Kasson, Minnesota with her husband and three sons. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, camping, traveling and reading.
