A University of Illinois graduate, Terry is a Vice President on the Board of Directors of Advance Trading. He has been at Advance Trading since 1988 and works to provide grain merchandising and agribusiness consulting. He has business interests in Australia, Mexico, Brazil and the United States. Prior to ATI, Terry spent eight years with a grain division of a food conglomerate and nine years with a U.S. grain elevator, farm supply and trading company. These experiences included senior management, truck, rail and barge merchandising, risk producer, plant operations, and acquisitions and joint ventures. Terry resides in Bloomington with wife. He enjoys reading, shooting, hunting and learning.

Raised on a grain and livestock farm in Central Illinois, Trent graduated from Illinois Central College with a degree in Ag Business. He started in the ag business at a country elevator and then worked three years for their Illinois and Mississippi River loading facilities. Trent started with Advance Trading in 1991. He was part of the team that first expanded the companies' commercial business west of the Mississippi River. He works primarily with commercial accounts in the central and western Corn Belt with their merchandising and price risk management programs. He is also involved with Mexico and Australia businesses. Trent has been an active member of the company, serving on a number of committees and as an Associate Director for GFAI. When he is not working, Trent enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, biking, walking, tennis and reading.
Paul Dubravec - Broker

Born and raised in rural Illinois, Paul's interest in agriculture began early in life, spending a great deal of time working on production agriculture operations in the area. After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Economics/ Agribusiness Management, Paul began his career with a large multinational food/ commodity trading firm as a merchandiser of specialty grains and feed ingredients. Paul has been with Advance Trading since 1994, working as a Commercial Broker and Commodity Merchandising Consultant. His client base includes those who merchandise, warehouse grain, various processors and other end-users in the Midwest, Southern, and Southwestern portions of the United States as well as international clients with operations in multiple countries.
Paul currently serves as an officer on the board of directors at Advance Trading and is active in professional organizations, including state and national trade associations. He has been an active participant on the National Grain and Feed Arbitration Committee, currently serves on the board of a major state grain and feed association and serves on other various trade association committees. Aside from agriculture, Paul serves on the board of Risings Stars Academy, Inc. and the community advisory Board of Directors for the Children's Hospital of Illinois. Paul remains active in many philanthropic organizations both locally and internationally, including Rotary International. Paul resides in Bloomington, Illinois with his wife and three children.
Nathan Mangold - Broker

Nathan has been employed with Advance Trading, Inc. since July of 1999. Nathan has a BS from Purdue University and has held grain positions with both a an Illinois cooperative and A.E. Staley. Nathan is a merchandising consultant and broker at Advance Trading, where he focuses on helping a commercial deck of grain elevators and end-users. Nathan also manages a 300 acre family farm in Central Illinois.

A native of Clinton, Illinois, Joe attended Illinois Wesleyan and Illinois State University in Bloomington, Illinois, where he now resides with his wife, daughter and son. Joe began his career with ATI as a Broker Assistant in February 2009. Joe obtained his Series 3 license in October 2009. Prior to joining, ATI, Joe began his professional career with State Farm where he held positions in management of State Farm Bank, as a consultant in their mutual funds company as well as in their agency sales support area where he evaluated risk tolerance of agents' customers and tailored their investment portfolios. Subsequently, he was finance manager at a Nissan dealership. In his free time he enjoys cooking, watching CSI, rooting on the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Dolphins, swimming and golf.

A graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business, Allison grew up on farm in Manlius, Illinois. Prior to joining ATI in 2010, she worked for Pioneer. Allison enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, watching the Cubs and cheering on the Blackhawks.

Traci grew up near DeKalb, IL on a grain and livestock farm and graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Business in May 2011. She obtained her Series 3 license in April of 2011. Traci enjoys cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family and friends in her free time.
