A 1977 University of Illinois graduate in Finance, Jeffrey has an extensive background in the grain business. He serves as a Commercial Broker and Chairman of the Board at ATI. Originally from Minier, Illinois, he has customers in Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, North Dakota, Delaware and Texas. Before joining ATI in 1982, Jeffrey was a cross country trader, SE rail trader, barge freight trader, and merchandising manager for Behimer and Kissner. He is also a member of the NGFA Risk Management Committee and CFTC special subcommittee on convergence.

Curt Strubhar is a Commercial Merchandising Consultant and Vice President with ATI. Curt was raised on a Central Illinois grain farm that remains family owned and operated. After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Economics, Curt was an ag chemical sales rep for a global chemical company before joining ATI in 1995. Curt serves as a commercial consultant with clients, including grain warehouses and grain end users. His client base ranges from the hard red winter wheat belt through Illinois and the corn belt. Curt’s tenure with ATI has included travel to Brazil and South Africa to help identify opportunities in both regions. Curt lives with his wife and two children in Bloomington, Illinois and spends his free time coaching both kids, hunting, assisting with family farming operations and watching sports – especially the Fighting Illini.

A South Dakota State University graduate and Roslyn, South Dakota native, Kelly has been with ATI since April 2000. Prior to coming to ATI, he worked for local cooperative elevators in South Dakota and North Dakota for three years. Kelly also worked for three years at Southwest Kansas Farmers Coop as a grain division manager. In his spare time, Kelly enjoys traveling and cheering on the Minnesota Twins and Vikings.

A University of Illinois graduate in Agricultural Economics, Joe has a strong background in commodity marketing and analysis. He received his Management Information Systems Certificate from the University of Minnesota in 1989. Prior to joining ATI, Joe worked for Cargill from 1984 to 2001, holding multiple positions in market analysis and management. He came to ATI in 2001 as the Director of Research and performed fundamental supply and demand market analysis for the grain, oilseed complex and biofuel markets. In 2008, Joe started a new commercial hedging and risk management service combining grain warehousemen, biodiesel and ethanol manufacturers and biofuel transportation and end-user companies. He provides futures, options, and swap and cash brokerage services to warehousemen, ethanol plants, large integrated U.S. energy producers and aggregators of ethanol. He also provides consulting services in agriculture and biofuel markets, recently completing feedstock pricing studies for generation 2 biofuel feedstocks. An active member of the community, Joe is a member of the American Oil Chemist Association, Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association and Experimental Aircraft Association.

Nate joined ATI as a Commercial Broker and Merchandising Consultant in March 2012. After college at University of Illinois and Eastern Illinois University, Nate started his career with ATI as a Broker Assistant. He then joined CHS where he gained experience trading cash grain and managed a newly formed JV in Southern, IN for 3 years. Nate is a Bloomington, IL native, but his family has a farming/hog/trucking operation west of Springfield, IL. He spends most of his free time at his family’s cabin in Havana, IL either duck hunting or boating on the Illinois River.

Ann has worked for ATI as a Broker Assistant since August 1998. She raised her family in Chenoa, Illinois and currently resides in Bloomington, Illinois. She attended Dominican College in Racine, Wisconsin and graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Social Sciences and Secondary Education. Ann grew up on a farm and assisted her husband's farming business for 17 years, then managed the grain and swine operation for eight years after her husband's death. Ann has three sons, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren. Ann's interests are music, art and football – all as a spectator, not a participant.

Originally from Washington, Illinois, Natalie has been with ATI since 2008. She attended Illinois Central College and currently serves as a Broker Assistant. Natalie resides in the Bloomington-Normal area with her husband and daughter. Away from work, Natalie enjoys spending time with family, cooking and antiquing.
Amanda Pedigo - Broker Assistant

Amanda grew up in Bloomington, Indiana and attended Purdue University where she graduated with a degree in Agribusiness Management and obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. Her agricultural experience includes 10 years of 4-H and interning for the 4-H Foundation for three years. While at Purdue she was a member of the Purdue Horse Polo Team. She lives in Bloomington and enjoys hiking, playing with her border collie, volunteering at the Humane Society, and spending time with family and friends.
