Born and raised on a 300-acre grain and livestock farm near Utica, Illinois, Jack has been with ATI since 1993. He is a Merchandising Consultant who specializes in commercial risk management. Prior to joining ATI, he was a merchandiser and River Facility manager with Continental Grain Company. He also worked as a merchandiser for Granite City Grain and Tenneco Natural Gas Marketing. A University of Illinois graduate in Ag Economics, Jack is married and is the father of two girls and two boys.

An Illinois State University graduate in Ag Economics, Luke grew up on a dairy farm near Camp Grove, Illinois. Prior to joining ATI, he worked for Louis Dreyfus, ADM and was an Originator and Merchandiser for a country elevator in Central Illinois. Luke currently works with our producer and end-user risk management division in Bloomington, Illinois and has clients in Nebraska, South Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Illinois and Ontario, Canada. Luke enjoys spending time with his family, going to Cubs games and listening to 70's rock.
Debbi Quanstrom - Broker Assistant

Debbi began working for ATI as a Broker Assistant in 1998 after working at Gateway Coop in Galva, Illinois. She received her Associate of Art degree from Black Hawk East and attended Illinois State University. In 2010, Debbi obtained her Series 3 license. She resides in Bloomington with her husband and two sons.
Penny Bland - Broker Assistant

A rural McLean, Illinois native, Penny received her degree in Agricultural Science with a concentration in Ag Business and Economics from Truman State University. Before joining ATI, Penny worked in banking and retail, but is not new to the ag business. She grew up on a small livestock farm and was involved in 4-H and FFA which allowed her to show livestock at fairs. She has worn many hats at ATI including Broker Assistant and working on the central desk focusing on margin call processing. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Rachel Jones - Broker Assistant

Rachel has been a Broker Assistant at ATI since May 2009. Prior to Advance Trading, she spent nearly ten years with Macy's department store as an area sales manager. She received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Illinois State University. She lives in Bloomington with her husband, daughter and 2 sons. She loves spending time with her children, reading, visiting Disney World, flower gardening and singing in the church choir.
