Dave is a Vice President with Advance Trading and has been with the organization since 1984. He has served on the company's Board of Directors since 1986 and mentors close to 25 Advance Trading branch brokers with clientele focused on corn, soybeans and wheat production as well as livestock/end-user accounts. His client base stretches throughout the Corn Belt.
Dave’s tenure with Advance Trading has included working with individual producer accounts and with country grain elevators to assist their patrons with risk management led by the Advance Trading philosophy. In 1996, Dave helped mentor and build the Advance Risk Management philosophy by establishing the branch program, which continues to grow. He is very proud to see the growth climb to more than 4,000 accounts, managing their price risk through the hard work and dedication of all involved in the branch system.
Dave was raised in Skokie, Illinois far away from the world of agriculture, but is proud to have been involved in the ag industry for the past 29 years. He is a 1981 graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in Business Administration. He is married and has 2 children. When not enjoying time with his family, Dave has spent over 25 years coaching youth sports and enjoys time on the golf course.

Mollie Springer is an Ag Risk Management Advisor with ATI. She started her career with ATI as a Broker Assistant in 2006 and began as an advisor in 2009. Her primary focus is southeast Iowa but she also covers areas in which a broker currently does not reside. Mollie was a college athlete, playing basketball and softball, while receiving a degree in Organizational Leadership from Eureka College in Eureka, Illinois. She is still involved in recreational sports and enjoys outdoor activities while spending time with family and friends. She is an avid St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks fan.

Growing up on a farm in Big Rock, Illinois, Katie has been around agriculture her entire life. She came to Advance Trading as a Broker Assistant in 2009 after graduating from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and Agriculture Industry Management. In her spare time, Katie loves baking, gardening and agriculture.
Ashley Kabureck - Broker Assistant

An Illinois State University graduate in Agricultural Industry Management and Animal Science, Ashley has a wide range of experience in the Ag field. Growing up in Geneva, Illinois, she worked at a veterinary clinic in St. Charles throughout high school and part of college. While in college, Ashley completed internships with Kane County Farm Bureau and 1st Farm Credit Services. She has been with ATI since 2009 as a Broker Assistant. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, baking, fishing, outdoors and playing with her dog, Ruby.

Originally from southern Illinois, Amy has been a Broker Assistant for ATI since 2008. In her spare time, Amy enjoys attending her son's sporting events, riding her motorcycle, kickboxing and spending time with family and friends.
Joanie Krajewski - Broker Assistant

Joanie grew up on a farm outside West Lafayette, Indiana and graduated from Purdue University with a marketing management degree. (The family farm was sold to Purdue in the late 1970’s, and continues to be one of the Purdue Research Foundation’s field testing facilities.) Joanie married John, started a family (Jim and Hannah, now in college) in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and moved to Bloomington in 1998. After working in purchasing for various manufacturing companies, she came to Advance in 2008. Joanie enjoys books, movies, music, making jewelry, and cheering for the Chicago Bears and Bulls. She’s given up on the Cubs.

Christie is from Downs, IL, and her family farms in Saybrook/Colfax IL. Christie graduated from Fort Hays State University, Hays KS with a BS in Justice Studies. She enjoys playing with her daughter, gardening, all outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
